Balama Prima's after-service division was set up on the basis of the “Balama Prima Customer Service Centre” which had provided excellent service for over twenty years with its headquarters located in the factory of D&G Machinery Co. Ltd., Tong Zhou district, Beijing. Keeping the tenet of “Sincerity and Innovation, Service First”, professional engineers with the high quality of the Balama Prima after-service division provide services to customers at any time. The after-service division includes overseas service section, domestic service section and spare parts and equipment renovation sector. At present, there are dozens of professionally trained service engineers in after-service division, and 70% of them have over 5 years of work experience in asphalt mixing plants’ installation and commissioning.

The overseas and domestic service sections provide the professional service of installation, commissioning, maintenance, technical consultancy and support, etc. to overseas and domestic customers. The spare parts and equipment renovation section renders high-quality spare parts and equipment renovation and an updating service. The separate spare parts warehouse has 50 millions pieces of wearing spare parts storage of models DG1000 to DG4000 (the wearing parts include cast parts, work-pieces, pneumatic elements, electric elements and imported parts), ensuring the maximum supply of spare parts to users with the support of the factory warehouse. Meanwhile, all after-service members with our continuous efforts, render prompt and efficient technical services, training and spare parts services to customers, and have become the most reliable friends of our users.
