4. Independent intellectual property “Flying” automatic control system:
The production management and automatic control systems of D&G “Feiyue” asphalt mixing plants are self-researched and self-designed. Industrial control computers are the main component part, which has high performance and large capacity, and can be updated easily, configuring with the best PLCs in the world with two configuration options: centralized control and bus-distribution control. Thus, it can meet the requirements of various asphalt mixing plants and production management. And each configuration option includes fully computerized automatic control, fully electric control (so-called “semi-automatic”) and manual control of three control systems, to ensure system reliability and production continuity.
5. Integrated design of de-dusting system, equipped with big closed-loop temperature control system and monitoring system:

6. Nine-point electric weighing system:
An aggregate weighing hopper, filler weighing hopper and bitumen weighing hopper are weighed and controlled individually. All of them adopt three-point load cells. At the same time, this system can be equipped with feeding and metering devices for various additive materials..
7. Advanced weighing monitoring system of aggregate, filler and bitumen:
the aggregate weighing hopper is controlled by double-stroke and double-cylinder, combined with the function of advanced fully computerized automatic falling impact compensation; the filler weighing hopper is controlled by a frequency metering screw and the bitumen weighing hopper is controlled by dynamic calculation and secondary measurement. The D&G asphalt mixing plants’ weighing and metering control system is more precise, the weighing accuracy is higher, with the ratio of bitumen and aggregates strictly complying with the production formula.
